Hafez Babashahi is currently one of the leading song pianists of his generation. His active concert schedule takes him to the most prominent international festivals and concert halls, including the Musikverein and Konzerthaus in Vienna, the Gasteig in Munich, the Deutsche Oper Berlin, and the Alfred Cortot Hall in Paris, Konzerthaus Kopenhagen.
As a song partner, Hafez Babashahi collaborates with numerous renowned singers, such as Michael Schade, Bryn Terfel, Thomas Ebenstein, Daniel Johannsen, Stephanie Houtzell, Alexander Grausamer, Hagar Scharvit, and Klemens Sander, Daria Suschklova, Yuan Ming Song, Ardalan Jabari, Christina Zidak, Eva Maria Riedl, Hermine Haselböck . In addition to numerous other awards, Hafez Babashahi was honored with the Bösendorfer Prize.
